We consider it essential to have personal travel & accident insurance when travelling overseas, in fact we consider it so important that we will not accept your booking if you are intending travelling without insurance. Welcome France holidays have arranged a policy that provides a high level of cover at very competitive prices with Accident and General Insurance Services Ltd underwritten by Europ Assistance Holding Ltd.
A full copy of the travel insurance policy will be sent with your holiday invoice. It is essential that you read the terms of the policy. A brief summary of cover is provided below.

Motor Breakdown Insurance

With the high cost of roadside assistance we recommend you purchase our Motor Breakdown Assistance policy. This provides extensive cover in the event of a breakdown or accident whilst on holiday. We have arranged a policy with Europ Assistance Holdings Ltd. The cover represents excellent value for money and will enable you to continue your holiday with the least amount of disruption possible. One phone call to a control centre will put you in touch with specialist staff that can assist you. They will quickly arrange for local assistance to enable your journey to continue

Most sections of the insurance we offer are subject to 100€ excess per claim. This means you will be responsible for paying the first part of any claim, for full details of excesses please refer to the policy conditions. Policies can be upgraded to Premium Cover whereby there is no policy excess.

Health

The insurance operates on the basis that you are healthy, fit to travel and to undertake the trip. Unless you declare otherwise you will be held to warrant that this is true both at the time of booking and the time you commence the trip. If you are on a waiting list for, receiving or have received hospital in or out patient treatment 12 months prior to booking the trip, for the following ailments, you must inform us: heart disease, lung or breath related conditions, Diabetes, Anxiety or Depression.
